Processing time

I do my best to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your payment is received, your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

One exception is fully build dollhouses. I make these on order and they take 1-2 weeks to be completed.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on size and weight of your order and are calculated automatically. This means that the fees you see during checkout are the definitive ones. All orders above 100 Euro have free shipping.

Most orders will be shipped in normal sized package and you will receive a track and trace number upon shipment.

Assembled dollhouses unfortunately can not be shipped, but you can collect them in Breda, Netherlands or Aachen, Germany. I also deliver these dollhouses in Breda and around.
