Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Just Like Mine purchases. If that's unfortunately not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason. After announcing, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Unfortunately also the return cost will be at your own expense. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@just-like-mine.com. We will then refund the order amount within 5 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
